Opinions of Value/Market Analysis - Spinnaker provides thorough, timely and accurate distressed asset Opinions of Value. Realistic assessment and pricing services are critical in today's challenging marketplace. Asset Management - Spinnaker handles all aspects of property and asset management from foreclosure through final disposition. Spinnaker secures the property, works with existing tenants, manages all of the physical needs of the property, handles renovations or upgrades and provides timely and accurate accounting of all transactions related to the property operations and improvements.

Work-Outs - Typically, foreclosed properties are not in saleable condition. Many assets require creative repositioning to make them marketable. Requirements may range from completion of construction to obtaining municipal approvals. Others may require special financing to be put in place to get the deal done. We have worked properties from all of the angles and can help to get tough properties off your books.
