Andy has 30+ years of experience in real estate sales, marketing and advertising. During his career Andy has sold about $1 Billion of real estate. In addition to his sales experience, Andy has leased office, industrial and retail property and developed and managed a number of commercial properties. His experience includes the development of South County Commons in RI, an 850,000 square foot lifestyle center which includes retail space, offices, a hotel, apartments , senior housing and luxury condominiums. Additionally, Andy has provided consulting and marketing advice to many clients. Before embarking on his real estate career, Andy worked for several large advertising agencies. His clients included AT&T, American Express, Sony, Nikon, Harvard Business School and Miller Brewing Company. Andy earned a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from Providence College and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Clarkson University, with a concentration in IS and Marketing. Andy is a member of the Board of Directors of the Foxboro YMCA and the Board of Managers of the Hockomock YMCA. Andy is married with four children. He is a long time sports coach and is a die hard NE Patriots fan.

Mike is licensed in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. He holds memberships in the Northern Rhode Island Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and is a member of the NRI Chamber of Commerce. Mike is a graduate of Suffolk University in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. His work history includes eighteen years with the Children’s Medical Center, the parent company to Children’s Hospital as a corporate accounting manager. In 2000 he began his real estate career handling residential sales and quickly was promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing for a local builder/developer. In addition to his real estate career he is the owner of Upper Deck Baseball Academy in Cumberland Rhode Island. He opened this business in 2001. Mike’s passion for success is exhibited through all facets of his professional and personal life. He has earned a reputation of being friendly and professional with integrity and a vision of financial analytics. He currently resides with his wife Jane and two children in Cumberland, Rhode Island. He also has two older children who have graduated college and live in Boston, Massachusetts.

Kathy is a native Rhode Islander and grew up in Narragansett and South County. Her background was in Human Resource Management and Training prior to her entering the real estate industry in 1998. At that time, she immediately became fascinated with the new home construction process. This fascination coupled with her passion for working with people, lead her to quickly becoming a licensed RI Real Estate Salesperson. Over the past 26 years, Kathy’s success in real estate includes working for such companies as the New England Division of Pulte Homes, Spinnaker Group, Inc. and Mott & Chase Sotheby’s. She has enjoyed success working in all facets of residential real estate which includes new home sales, design and construction, listing and selling home resales, office management, transaction administration and marketing.
Most recently, Kathy worked as the on-site Sales Manager and design expert at South Shore Village, located in South Kingstown, RI. South Shore Village is a 55+ active adult community with a total of 303 single level, detached condominiums. Kathy was hired as the sole on-site Sales Manager when the community opened in 2016. She was responsible for the design finishes, staging and setting up model homes and design center, developing the sales process and procedures from reservation to closing, creating website content and marketing materials and working closely with the construction team and homebuyers regarding floorplans and house specifications. From its inception in February 2016 as a startup 55+ new home community, through its development as of May 2024, Kathy was instrumental in the sales, design and development of approximately 220 homes. Her new home sales volume during this period is approximately $115 million. She also had a resale volume in the community during this period of approximately $5,264,000.
Kathy believes that her personal client relationships develop through education, attention to detail, honest communication and diligent customer service. Through understanding her clients’ needs and by sharing knowledge, information and available resources with them, they become empowered to make informed decisions through their home selling/buying process - one of the most important investments they will make. Often, this results in the creation of new friendships, where clients see her as a resource for their home decisions in the future. She is also a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist.
Kathy is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Communications and holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration. Kathy is a Veteran of the United States Air Force. Her love and passion for coastal Rhode Island’s endless natural beauty is evident when she talks about all the adventure possibilities with her clients, especially those retiring to the area looking for fun and new experiences. In her free time, she enjoys kayaking the many area waterways, hiking, beachcombing, sailing and fishing.
